If you haven't seen this feature yet, the basic idea is that as you type, Word tries to guess what you are going to write next. One of the new features Microsoft has added to Word in the past few months is predictive text. I wanted to talk about two of these new features and how you can disable them. Sometimes, the new features that Microsoft adds are super helpful. The copy of Microsoft Word that I am using to write this column barely resembles the version of Word that I used in the early 1990s. It isn't exactly a secret that Microsoft adds features to its products on a regular basis.
